Its proposal respects the essence of Spain and reinterprets it from a creative point of view, inviting you to travel through its regions through a carefully selected menu of signature cocktails in which flavor, aroma and emotion are intertwined.
"Maguro was born out of a desire to connect with Japan through everything I am and everything I know. The Mediterranean is our starting point, but Japanese techniques and philosophy allow us to view the ingredients in a different light. Bringing Maguro Gishiki to Madrid means continuing to explore that dialogue and sharing it with an audience that enjoys discovering new ways of understanding gastronomy."
